THE PRICE INCLUDES:
Bed and kitchen linen

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
End of stay cleaning: 80€ (optional)
Tourist tax: 1.5€ per person (from 18 years old) per day to pay on arrival

DEPOSIT :
Deposit of 600 € on arrival (bank card imprint), returned within fews days of departure, after deduction of any breakage or damage, as well as cleaning costs (80 €) if the rental is not made clean.

BOOKING :
Payment of 30% of the stay price, by bank transfer, accompanied by the signed rental contract (within 10 days). Payment of the balance at the beginning of your stay by crédit card, cash, or bank transfer 1 week before your arrival.

CANCELLATION :
For any cancellation before 60 days, the deposit will be returned. Beyond that, they will remain the property of the lessor.
An early departure will not give rise to any reimbursement.

HANDING OVER THE KEYS :
Lodging nearby, I will show you the cottage, and I will give you keys after payment of the balance and the deposit.
